Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of AdPilot, provided by AdPilot at https://adpilotdash.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use AdPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
1. The service
AdPilot lets you connect advertising accounts (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads) and creator accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages) and view their reported performance in one dashboard. AdPilot only reads data; it does not create, edit or pause campaigns or publish content.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate sign-up information.
- You are responsible for your password and for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- You may only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorised to access, and you must comply with each platform's terms (including the TikTok, Meta and Snap developer and advertising policies) when doing so.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to data from your connected accounts. You grant us a limited licence to access, store and process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts and delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect accounts you are not authorised to access, or share access to a workspace with people who are not authorised to see its data;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls, or probe or scan the service without our written permission;
- reverse engineer, resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product;
- use the service in violation of law or of any connected platform's terms.
5. Third-party platforms
Data shown in AdPilot comes from TikTok, Meta and Snap. Those platforms may change or restrict their APIs, delay or revise reported figures, or revoke our access, and metrics may differ from what their own dashboards show because of attribution settings, timezones, or reporting delays. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and AdPilot is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
6. Demo data
Where the service shows a DEMO label, the figures are generated sample data, not data from any real account, and must not be relied on.
7. Fees
AdPilot is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
8. Termination
You may stop using AdPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required by law or by a platform. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Reports are informational; you are responsible for business decisions you make based on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify AdPilot against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or from your connection of accounts you were not authorised to connect.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
